The A-E of Me
I'm doing so much exercise that I don't have time for the whole alphabet! I'll continue with some more letters tomorrow.
A - Available/Single? Not yet, my husband's still putting up with me!
B - Best Friend? yes
C - Cake or Pie? Love them both!
D - Drink Of Choice? Coke, except I cut way, way back because of how the phosphorous leeches all the calcium out of my bones. Damn phosphorous.
E - Essential Item You Use Everyday? My treadmill. I knew there must be a way to work in how I will exercise for comments in here somehow.

Type of exercise: Walking/Running on treadmill
Pledge: 1 minute per comment, not to exceed 60 minutes per day.
So it's easy, every day I will check my blog for the number of comments received on blog posts that day. If there are 10 comments, I will use my treadmill for 10 minutes. You can support me by commenting on my blog or making your own pledge to exercise for comments. Let me know if you are pledging too, I'll be sure to visit to cheer you on.
I did my 26 minutes for today. I'm ready for a bigger challenge tomorrow. Thanks for all your support. Melli even plugged us on her blog.

Hey, I did thirty minutes on the elliptical thingy... does that mean I can expect thirty comments today? :)
So this thing about phosphorous is very disturbing. I enjoy an occasional diet coke. I hope this isn't going to kill me like everything else I enjoy!! :/
