Yes, I moved the snake with my hands...but they were not bare. I had on my gardening gloves...just in case he tried to chomp on me. He did threaten to chomp me but that was to scare me into dropping him. I was suprised at how strong he was for such a little snake (about the width of my thumb).
Ohhhhhhh the birds! What are they up to these days? Takin' good care of those babies I bet! This was an IDEAL red, white and blue for you! :) Now... I'm off to try to find KEB's place for the Thursday night... I don't think I've been to her blog before....

I got sidetracked about what was happening with the birds - did they all hatch? I think I recall some were in trouble?
TNChick - Mariah and Kaver laid six eggs, 1 did not hatch, 2 eyasses died very young, 3 are healthy and growing very quickly!
