I think there should be two separate categoriesOne for Thursday Thirteen outlinks and one for non Thursday ThirteenIt doesnt seem fair to non thursday thirteenersespecially if you count the whole 13 blogroll....just an observation(I havent even thought about the fact that one of my 13 posts may have more than 26 but I am sticking with my regular post and the 26)

I would agree if people just copy the whole blogroll, but when I did TT, I read and manually linked to each person I read and commented on. So those were all outlinks.
Oh, and the reason why just inserting the blogroll shouldn't count is the blogroll fluctuates in size regularly. So, that's why only the manually typed in links should count.
i agree... all mine were manually typed in as well... i added the actual blogroll for T13 to my sidebar...
All - I will be awarding 2 sets of gold medals - 5 for TT13 blog entries and 5 for non-TT13 entries. You can only win in one category.
